Welcome

At the moment effort is underway to renovate and launch the brand new Hare Krishna Cultural Centre in Dublin's City Centre. We hope that the very beautiful Pancha Tattva sculpture on the left will grace the new home of Krishna Consciousness in Ireland. We have the building and know what needs to be done - all we need is your contributions to see the project take shape into a place of congregation where the pastimes of Lord Krishna can constantly be remembered and shared with all.

Dublin Hare Krishna Cultural Centre - ISKCON Ireland's Next Big Step

> The time to move is now

This March 2007 the Dublin centre will have been open for two years and with renovation coming to an end we will soon be setting the date for our open day.

In the mean time we invite you to attend our weekly Sunday programmes at the centre and participate in the celebration of Krishna Consciousness with music, vegetarian prasadam and philosophy. The centre also has a book store where various gifts and spiritual items are available.

> What needs to be done

Right now we are working to finish the plastering, install various fittings, paint the new facility and put down floors. Also the new kitchen needs to be installed and the corridors decorated.

> What can I do?

We need lots of fundraising assistance and ideas if we are to complete this project. We have introduced a Patron program for the development of the centre. Devotees are donating in accordance with their financial status and abilities and the suggested donations are €15, €51 or €108 per month.

The other very important area of help we need is volunteers to do the work! We have a number of skilled devotees working full time but we need enthusiastic volunteers to do some work to help us get it all done in time. If this sounds like you then please contact us immediately and tell us when you're available. Work is going on as you read this so we appreciate you getting involved as soon as possible.
